. The applicant will prepare anew Land Court Plan that will be submitted under a•separate cover. Section 5:A. McShane Construction Co. Landscape Building.Specifications—driveways constructed of 3/8"to `h"Bluestone and all other areas except 1,000-square feet of lawn will be treated with wood chips. All driveways with slopes ofgreater than 3%will be paved asphalt. All disturbed areas will be re- established with vegetation with either loam and grass or plantings. A Planting Plan will be included with the Definitive Plan submission. H. Stormwater Management and Drainage Narrative and Wastewater Treatment System Narrative. A. The document should be stamped by the professional who prepared it. The document has been stamped and signed by Richard Claytor, PE. B. Wastewater concerns within a Zone II water supply protection area. The proposed wastewater system has been provided to the Board of Health for their review. C. Storm Water Drainage Design 1. The drainage system is designed to capture and treat the fust 1"of rainfall in compliance with Regulations. These regulations are still being met by the revised design. 2. . Best management practices of open channel swales, bioretention facilities,infiltration and drainage piping are all used within the development to attenuate storm water runoff. The revised drainage system continues to implement the BMP's listed above with the addition of curbing where grades exceed 3% deep-sump catchbasins where roadside grass-channels cannot be constructed for pretreatment, and overflow infiltration basins (leachingpits)for groundwater recharge and attenuation during-frozen ground conditions. 3. Details of the bioretention facilities and overflow rip rap structures are requested. The applicant has.provided a Typical Bioretention Facility Detail and Rip Rap Outfall Detail on Sheet 6, as requested. Also, the location of-the bioretention emergency overflow structures are shown in the Plan On Sheet 5, labeled EOF. These structures provide emergency overflow for an extreme event (>100 yr, 24-hr storm) and continue to discharge flows to Route 130 that are below the pre-development discharge rate (see Drainage Calculations). The following description has been added to the narrative, "The weir structures are simple 3-foot wide rip-rapped overflow weirs, set at an elevationbelow the surrounding rim elevation.of the bioretention system". 4. .
