So moved. <br /> Marion DeWillis: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-17 of the Zoning By- <br /> Laws in order to alter a pre-existing non-conforming structure to build a 26' x 18' <br /> bedroom/family room on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 51 Orchard Road <br /> (Map 62 Parcel 2) Mashpee, MA. <br /> AND <br /> Marion DeWillis: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-Laws to <br /> seek frontage relief and relief from the landspace requirements in order to build a 26' x <br /> 18' bedroom/family room on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 51 Orchard <br /> Road(Map 62 Parcel 2) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James Regan, Frederick Borgeson and Robert Nelson. <br /> Mr. Ron DeWillis represents his mother at this hearing. He is seeking a special permit <br /> for an accessory structure and a landspace variance. There are two separate structures on <br /> the property and Mr. Wheeler has requested that he come before the Board to rectify this <br /> situation. The Board has requested an inspection from the Board of Health on the septic <br /> system and will condition this approval upon said permits. Mr. Nelson moves to grant a <br /> special permit and a 5,290 square foot landspace variance. Mr. Borgeson seconds the <br /> motion. All agree. So moved. <br /> Andrew Murray: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-Laws to <br /> seek relief from the side setback requirements and rear setback requirements in order to <br /> build a new 34' x 24' house with a 2'x 10' living room bump out and 12' x 16' deck on <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 31 Highview Avenue (Map 50 Parcel 5) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> AND <br /> Andrew Murray: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By- <br /> Laws to in order to demolish an existing structure on property located in an R-5 zoning <br /> district at 31 Highview Avenue (Map 50 Parcel 5) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Richard Guerrera, James Regan and Robert Nelson. <br /> Wes Lohr, builder for the petitioner is representing Mr. Murray at this hearing. He is <br /> seeking a special permit in order to demolish the existing dwelling and replace the house <br /> with a 34' x 24' dwelling with a 2' x 10' living room bump out and a 12' x 16' deck. <br /> The Board feels this would be an improvement to the area. Mr. Nelson moves to grant a <br /> special permit and a 10' variance on the westerly side. Mr. Borgeson seconds the motion. <br /> All agree. So moved. <br />
