Mashpee Zoning
Board of Appeals Minutes
8 May 12, 2004
Sitting: Robert Nelson, James Regan and Marshall Brem.
Kevin White represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a variance in order to build
a garage. The house placement, again, makes it difficult for applicant to build a garage
and breezeway without needing a variance. He is presenting proposal for a mudroom,
breezeway and garage, which the Board reviews. An abutter, Daniel Kupfernal of 53
Tracey Lane, is in full support of the addition. Marshall Brem moves to grant a 4.6 foot
variance on Tracey Lane. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Marshall Brem makes a motion to accept the minutes from April 14, 2004 and April 28,
2004. Zella Elizenberry seconds the motion. All agree. So moved.
Mr. Regan asks Zella Elizenberry to talk about some of the affordable housing
information regarding chapter 40B.
Lori Corsi informs the Board about the seminar she attended and asks the Board if they
have all reviewed the video tapes regarding the MIIA. They're one more board member
to review the tape and they will then turn them in.
Marshall Brem makes a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Richard Guerrera seconds the motion. All agree. Meeting is adjourned at 10:15 pm.
ectfully submitted,
Lori Corsi
