Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on June 4, 2004 and June 11, 2004, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Richard Guerrera and <br /> Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Joseph Vaughn represented the applicant at this hearing. They are seeking a <br /> variance in order to build a new three bedroom house. There is currently a trailer on the <br /> property that applicant will remove in order to accommodate the proposed dwelling. He <br /> is seeking sideyard and frontyard relief and a landspace variance. Mr. Vaughn also <br /> informs the Board that the new driveway will now be on Webquish Lane and will be <br /> known as#7 Webquish Lane, The Board discusses how much of a frontage variance is <br /> needed and on what street it should be directed to.
