Mashpee Zoning Paul and Helen Zammito 3 <br /> Board of Appeals V-04-80 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on July 14, 2004 to <br /> grant a 10-foot variance on Spoondrift Circle from the frontyard setback requirements in <br /> order to build a 3-bedroom dwelling. The Variance is conditioned upon compliance with <br /> plans from BSC Group of Falmouth, MA, dated May 11, 2004, revised June 10, 2004, <br /> and revised July 15, 2004, drawing number B 14-30 as prepared for Paul and Helen <br /> Zammito and preliminary building plans from Rescom Architectural, Inc., of Monument <br /> Beach, MA. NOTE: lots 136 and 104B must to be combined. <br />
