01 Mashpee Zoning
Board of Appeals Minutes July 28, 2004
6
To summarize, the Board would like Plymouth Savings to revise the plan and the
parking. It would be helpful if the original special permit were found to see about the
parking for True Value. It is decided that the applicant will return on August 24, 2004.
All agree. So moved.
Other business:
Mr. Regan informs the Board of a meeting he had with several other boards regarding the
town being voted into a DCPC. They are meeting again on August 10, 2004 and he
would like the whole Board to be there if possible.
Marshall Brem makes a motion to accept the minutes from July 14, 2004. All agree. So
moved.
Lori Corsi reminds the Board that there only one meeting in August and it will be on
Tuesday, August 24, 2004 instead of the usual Wednesday.
Mr. Nelson makes a motion to enter into Executive Session. Roll vote is taken. Mr.
Brem votes yes. Mr. Guerrera votes yes. Mr. Regan votes yes. Mr. Clifford Peterson is
on the agenda for an interview as a potential alternate on the ZBA. Mr. Guerrera
announces he will step down and leave from the interview due to a potential conflict.
The Board then realizes it does not have a full quorum for Executive Session. The
interview takes place in an informal fashion. Mr. Regan would like to see Mr. Peterson
attend more meetings to become more informed on the by-laws. No votes were taken at
this time as to the recommendation of Mr. Peterson.
Motion is made to adjourn the meeting. Motion is seconded. All agree. So moved.
Meeting is adjourned at 9:55 p.m.
`/Respectfully submitted,-
Lori Corsi
