Falmouth was not willing to get a <br /> Watershed Agreement. Chair Rapacz stated we got an acceptance of the load. if we do that, <br /> then we've met our allocation. <br /> Other items not reasonably anticipated by the Chair <br /> Chair Rapacz reported that after consultation with Town Counsel, the OPM contract would <br /> name on the Town Manager as "the Client".
