Mashpee Zoning
Board of Appeals Minutes
6 October 13, 2004
Frederick Borgeson makes a motion to accept the minutes of September 22, 2004. Zella
• Elizenberry seconds the motion. All agree. So moved.
✓ Discuss with Board the required zoning to have a barn with one horse: the
Board feels this matter should be turned over to the Planning Board and that it is
not in their jurisdiction.
✓ Harwich Concrete parking request from the Board of Selectmen: the Board
is pleased that the Selectmen took the initiative regarding the situation at Harwich
Concrete the way that they did. Mr. Regan asks where Harwich is regarding the
fencing and such. They were given a 60-day time frame within which to get their
choices of fencing together and deliver it to the Board. To date, nothing has been
shown. Mr. Regan asks that Attorney Boudreau be contacted to get a written
update regarding the fencing and requested items to be completed.
Lori Corsi informs the Board that Joe Valle has invited them to join Bob Villa and the
filming for the River Hill Chapter 40B segment on October 27 at about 12 noon. The
Board feels this would be an excellent opportunity to explain about the affordable
housing and to show the public what is being accomplished. They would like to go about
1:00 p.m. and Mr. Valle will be called.
There is an interested candidate that the Board interviews. His name is Evano Cunha. He
is told that at this point he would be considered as the first alternate. They explain that
commitment is really the most important thing and that the learning curve continues for
all of them. He is eager to attend more meetings and would like to be considered for the
position.
Frederick Borgeson makes a motion to adjourn the meeting. Zella Elizenberry seconds
the motion. All agree. So moved. Meeting is adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
Res tfully submitte
W
Lori Corsi
