Section 174-25 G(4) - contractor <br /> plumbing, electrical etc. - is ok by the Board, 174-25 G(5)—place for manufacturing - is <br /> ok by the Board, 174-25 G(6) and (9)—wholesale business and storage— is ok by the <br /> Board, 174-25 G(7)—trucking terminal shall be striken from the request, 174-25 G(11)— <br /> printing, embroidering and other such crafts— shall be striken from the request, and 174- <br /> 25 D(1)-office space—is ok by the Board. The Board feels that if there is something <br /> special a prospective tenant wishes to pursue that is not encompassed in this special <br /> permit, they will need to come before the Board to specifically request their business. <br /> The Board reviews the plans with Mr. Kirrane and Mr. Darren McDonald, owner of <br /> Clover Landscaping and sees that the requests are reasonable. A variance of 310 feet is <br /> being requested for the frontage requirements. The Board feels this is reasonable as well. <br /> It is decided that a $30,000 landscaping bond will be required by and that the request <br /> shall come from the Building Department since the Building Inspector will be <br /> periodically checking the progress. The applicant agrees to this request. Marshall Brem <br /> moves to grant the Special Permit (striking sections 174-25 G(7) and G(11)from the <br /> request. Frederick Borgeson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. Marshall Brem <br /> moves to grant a 310 foot frontage variance on Route 28. Frederick Bergeson seconds <br /> the motion. All agree. So moved. There is also a motion to request a $30,000 <br /> landscaping bond. Motion is seconded. All agree. So moved. <br /> The Board of Health has imposed the following restrictions on this property since the <br /> special permit was granted: <br /> ✓ A change of occupancy must have Board of Health approval <br /> ✓ Hazardous materials shall be limited to 200 pounds of dry weight and 220 gallons <br /> of liquid storage <br /> ✓ Storage of hazardous waste or materials outside is prohibited <br /> ✓ Floor drains are prohibited <br /> ✓ Painting and or use of solvents/lacquers shall be limited to-a paint booth with <br /> vented discharge and/or in accordance with the Mass. Air Quality Regulations <br /> ✓ Stormwater generated from impervious surfaces shall be collected and treated <br /> ✓ Proposed sanding operations shall be performed with dustless sanders <br /> ✓ Proposed maintenance of vehicles and/or water vessels shall be performed in an <br /> indoor or semi-enclosed area on maintenance pads <br /> ✓ Maintenance contracts shall be submitted to the Board of Health prior to a <br /> certificate of occupancy <br /> ✓ Proposed pressure washing shall be treated as industrial wastewater. <br />
