Owner of Record: Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. <br />,,Rouse & Yard Lumber Company: Request a Special Permit from Section 174-25 of <br />the Zoning By-laws in order to display gazebos, sheds and fencing for advertising <br />purposes on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 440 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map <br />72 Parcel 87) Mashpee, MA. <br />�Q,,Paul Sauarcia: Requests a Variance from Section 174-25(I)(9) of the Zoning By-laws <br />• in order to construct, maintain and license a dock facility.
