Squarcia: Request a Special Permit under Section 174-25(I)(9) of the <br />Zoning By-laws in order to construct, maintain and license a proposed pier, ramp & float on <br />property located in an R-3 zoning district at 108 Wading Place Road (Map 111 Parcel 107) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Davenport Realty Trust: Request a Variance under Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />vary the frontage on a pre-existing non conforming lot with 125 feet of frontage. Additional <br />square footage being added to a pre-existing non -conforming lot on property located in a C -2/R-3 <br />zoning district at 18 Falmouth Road (Map 55 Parcel 24 and portion of 23) Mashpee, MA. Owner <br />of Record: Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. <br />NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Davenport Realty Trust: Request a Special Permit from Sections 174-25E(1), E (8) and H(6) of <br />the Zoning By-laws in order to use the proposed property for sale of retail fence products, (i.e. <br />mailbox posts, lamp posts, arbors) and a 2 bedroom apartment on second floor on property <br />located in a C -2/R-3 zoning district at 18 Falmouth Road (Map 55 Parcel 24) Mashpee, MA. <br />Owner of Record: Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. <br />House & Yard Lumber Company: Request a Special Permit from Section 174-25 of the <br />Zoning By-laws in order to display gazebos, sheds and fencing for advertising purposes on <br />property located in a C-2 zoning district at 440 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 72 Parcel 87) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Paul Squarcia: Requests a Variance from Section 174-25(I)(9) of the Zoning By-laws in order <br />to construct, maintain and license a dock facility.
