Town of Mashpee <br />16 Great JVeck 1(oad JVorth <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />AGENDA <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, March <br />12, 2003, at 7:00 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road <br />North, on the following: <br />CONTINUED MATTERS <br />Davenport Realty Trust: Request a Variance under Section 174-31 of the Zoning By- <br />laws to vary the frontage on a pre-existing non conforming lot with 125 feet of frontage. <br />Additional square footage being added to a pre-existing non -conforming lot on property <br />located in a C -2/R-3 zoning district at 18 Falmouth Road (Map 55 Parcel 24 and portion <br />of 23) Mashpee, _MA. Owner of Record: Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. <br />Davenport Realty Trust: Request a Special Permit from Sections 174-25E(1), E (8) and <br />• H(6) of the Zoning By-laws in order to use the proposed property for sale of retail fence <br />products, i i.e. mailbox posts, lamp posts, arbors) and a 2 bedroom apartment on second <br />floor on property located in a C -2/R-3 zoning district at 18 Falmouth Road (Map 55 <br />Parcel 24) Mashpee, MA. <br />Paul A. and Angela L. Squarcia: Request a Special Permit under Section 174-25(I)(9) <br />of the Zoning By-laws in order to construct, maintain and license a proposed pier, ramp <br />& float on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 108 Wading Place Road (Map 111 <br />Parcel 107) Mashpee, MA. <br />Paul Squarcia: Requests a Variance from Section 174-25(I)(9) of the Zoning By-laws <br />in order to construct, maintain and license a dock facility. The dock will extend 87 feet <br />from mean high water on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 108 Wading Place <br />Road (Map 11 I Parcel 107) Mashpee, MA. <br />Bourne Petroleum: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />vary the setback requirements.in order to erect a 24' x 30' canopy in front of the food <br />mart on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 135 Main Street (Map 37 Parcel 58) <br />Mashpee, MA.
