This proposed building is seeking relief from Section 174-25 of the <br />Zoning By-laws on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway <br />(Map 74 Parcel 20) Mashpee, MA. <br />Stephen Curtin: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />vary the front, side and rear setbacks in order to accommodate an in -ground swimming <br />pool approximately 16' x 32' on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 39 Fox Hill <br />Road (Map 21 Parcel 59) Mashpee, MA. <br />Timothy Scales: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />vary the front and rear setbacks on a pre-existing non -conforming lot in order to expand <br />an existing garage and build a deck on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 41 <br />Devon Street (Map 77 Parcel 43) Mashpee, MA. <br />Anthony Shuman and Dorothy Kagan: Request a Variance from Sections 174-21, 174- <br />31 and 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws in order to vary the land space requirements, <br />acquire road access and have this deemed a separate and buildabti e t glproperty located <br />• in an R-5 zoning district at 29 Pickerel Cove Circle (Map 1Parc�l"5) Mashpee, MA. <br />�Ci� <br />
