He is requesting <br /> a variance and Special Permit to tear down the existing dwelling and rebuild a new <br /> house. The proposed dwelling wines in at almost % lot coverage, which is <br /> unacceptable to the Board. Mr. Lubrano informs the Board that two family members <br /> own the abutting lots and it is set up almost like a compound. The Board suggests <br /> something else be decided on by the owners. Perhaps another lot next door can he <br /> combined together giving more square footage thus reducing the lot coverage. Mr. <br /> Lubrano requests a continuance to assess the situation and confer with his clients. The <br /> Board moves to continue this matter until May 28 th. All agree. So moved. The Board and Mr. Pellegrini <br /> have some discussion about whether or not he can put this addition elsewhere on his <br /> property. He wishes to put It where he proposed due to the fact that his wife can access it <br />
