So moved. <br /> Cathleen Dau hinais: bequests a Special Permit from Section 174-2 2) of the <br /> Zoning By-laws to permit use as a Delicatessen on property located in a C-2 tonin <br /> district at 440 Lathan, Ellis Highway Map 72 Parcel 87 1 lashpce, ILIA. <br /> Sitting: Robert rt Nelson, Marshall Brenn and Z lla Elizenberry <br /> Ms. Dauphinais represents herself at this hearing. This was continued from March 12, <br /> 2003 so that the landlord can provide a septic system design and parting design or a <br /> "Master Plan". At this point she thought he sent that in. He did not. The Board feels <br /> unhappy about granting this Special Permit due to the fact that another tenant in the sane <br /> building promised to have that document to us by April 15'h and it has not been done. <br /> They discuss the fact that Ms. Dauphinals is hoping to open the Ma hpec Deli on May 1, <br /> 2003 and this would be a problem. She was under the impression that the landlord had <br /> done all of this. She says that she will have it delivered in the next 48 hours if they could <br /> possibly grant this tonight. The Board does not want to hinder her opening in any way <br /> and discusses what to do. The Board decides to grant the Special Permit conditioned on <br /> the delivery of the Master Plan by May 14, 2003. All agree. So moved, No comments <br /> from abutters. <br /> Harbor view Fealty delivered the plans on Thursday, April 24, 2003 as required by the <br /> Board. <br /> Victor Corda: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25(l)(9) of the ZoningBy- <br /> laws in order to construct, license and maintain a pier, ramp and Moat on property located <br /> in a R-3 zoning district at 190 waterway (Map 111 Parcel 9 Ma hpee, 1 A. <br /> Owner of Record: Donald and Evelyn McIntyre (presently transferred to Mr. Gorda) <br /> certificate attached to decision. <br /> Sitting; Robert Nelson, Marshall Brenn and Zella Elizenberry <br /> Dave Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represents victor Gorda at this hearing. H <br /> is requesting a Special permit to build a pier, ramp and float on the property at 190 <br /> Waterway. Conservation approved this matter on March 27, 2003. The Board grants the <br /> motion for a special permit. All agree. So moved.
