r <br /> r <br /> • w <br /> Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minute <br /> May 1 ,2003 <br /> Mr. Slavinsky states that he has designed over 5,000 septic systems on Cape Cod—it is <br /> 110 gallons per day per bedroom. <br /> Note; Mr. Gottlieb telephoned the Z A on Thursday, May 15, 2003 and stated for the <br /> record that he was wrong about the septic system and Mr. Slavinsky was correct with the <br /> 110 gallons per day per bedroom. <br /> Mr. Felson would like to find out comments from the Fire Department with respect to the <br /> access road before any decisions are made. Mr. Brem. states that he feels it is morally <br /> wrong for a Mashpee taxpayer to never have been notified of any zoning changes on <br /> buildable lots or otherwise. He feels this is a `snot in my backyard"problem. He feels if <br /> they have been paying taxes on a buildable lot, it should remain buildable. Mr. Felson <br /> states that the Board needs to decide whether two 35,000 square foot lots or one 80,000 <br /> plus square foot lot will be more appropriate for the neighborhood. This will be <br /> continued to Jure 11, 2003. The Board moves to continue this matter. All agree. So <br /> moved. A Continuance is signed by Mr. Slavinsky to June 11, 2003. <br /> Boyd Mar it fir.. Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the ZoningBy-laws to <br /> vary the setback requirements in order to build a 24' x 24' garage on property located in <br /> n R-3 zoning district at 254 Algonquin Avenue (Map 58 Parcel Mashpee, MA. <br /> The Board is requested by the applicant to make a motion to withdraw this matter without <br /> prejudice. The notion is seconded.
