� d <br /> Maspee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes <br /> May 1 ,2003 <br /> Sitting: Robert Felson, James Regan and Marshall Brem. <br /> Architect Edgar Wood along owner and applicant Chuck ajj'ar are present for the <br /> hearing. They are seeking a Special Permit in order to re-locate the existing clock tower <br /> and a height variance to be allowed to go to 42 feet. They are also seeking to add a <br /> vestibule of 100 square feet to building C in the front. They are doing some re-modeling <br /> on the interior along with update on the front. They have been through Design Review <br /> and have received approval. The Board would like to see the sign in the front the Deer <br /> Crossing complex updated and more asetically pleasing. Mr. Haar will work on that <br /> along with some other minor recommendations. They Board moves to grant the Special <br /> Permit and the 7 foot variance to building C, along with the height variance to he no more <br /> than 42 feet high. Motions are seconded. Ali-agree. So moved. <br /> Paul Glynn of Meetinghouse Road appears before the Board with a potential situation. <br /> He informs the Board that one of the lots has been deterrnined unbuildable clue to <br /> drainage problems. After much discussion that lead to difference of opinion between Ir. <br /> Regan and Mr. Glynn, the hard asked Ir. Glynn to leave and they will only meet with <br /> him under the guidance of Town Counsel. <br /> The Board motions to go into Executive Session. All agree. So moved. <br /> Various items of with legal importance are discussed. <br /> Vote to move out of Executive Session.
