She along with owner, Carl McDonald are seeking <br /> to build an in-lav apartment on a recently purchased home. The septic sstem is <br /> approved for a 3-bedroom hone. The house currently has 2 bedrooms thus making the <br /> in-lav apartment the third bedroom.m. The Board ofHealth inspected the property arta <br /> finds everything to be in compliance. So long as one of the "bedrooms" is turned into a <br /> walk in closet l x 1 they will be in compliance. Mr. Regan informs Ms. Tessier that <br /> after the Town Meeting in October, there should be a better understanding ofthe in-law <br /> apartment criteria. Auer some discussion, the Board moves to grant a Special Permit. <br /> The notion is seconded. All agree. So moved. <br /> Robert and Joanne Dema : Request a Variance from Section 174-31 ofthe Zoning g y- <br /> laves to vary the frontage and lot size requirements in order to deem this lot buildable on <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 84 Jaynes Circle Map 64 Parcel 45) <br /> Mashpee, ILIA. <br /> Sitting: Marshall Brenn, Jaynes Regan and Zella Elizenberry <br /> Robert and Joanne Lemay are seeking a variance to deem this lot buildable. They are <br /> seeping a 75 foot frontage variance and a 66,099 square foot lot size variance to have this <br /> lot buildable. The Board would lite to have a 3 bedroom limit put on the lot. <br /> Daniel P. Schaaf: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25A(8) Zoning <br /> By-laves in order to build an in-law apartment on property located in an R-5 zoning <br /> district at 62 Musket Larne (Map 96 Parcel 97 Mas pee, MA.. <br /> Sitting: Marshall Brenn, Richard Guerrera and Zella Elizenberry. <br /> Daniel Schaaf represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking to legalize an existing <br /> basement in-law apartment that his son built on the house. There has been a neve Title v <br /> system installed that will accommodate a -bedroom system, which clears the Board of <br /> Health. The Board has some discussion with Mr. Schaaf regarding proper egress and <br /> such, which Mr. Wheeler has concurred with. The Board moves to grant the Special <br /> Permit. Motion is seconded. All agree. So moved. <br /> Deer Crossing Realty Trust: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws in order to demolish arta relocate the clock tower and rebuild it at a <br /> higher elevation on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 681 Falmouth Road Ma <br /> I Parcels 23, 64 and Ma hpee, MA. <br /> AND <br /> Deer Crossine lea 'Trust; Requests a variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws in order to vary the front setbacks to build a vestibule on building C which will <br /> add approximately 100 square feet on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 681 <br /> Falmouth Road (Map 8 1 Parcels 2 3, 64 and 3 Mashpee, MA. <br />
