It is 300 unit owners. We must have notice because we don't get it from <br /> the Developer. He wants anyone who walks through the door with changes or alterations <br /> to the Southport community to notify the unit owners. <br /> Catherine Walter: She feels this should have been an agenda item and would respectfully <br /> request that if Mr. Bonvie is coming in—they want him on the agenda. Mr. Nelson <br /> informs her that this is not the same as advertising it in the newspaper. She states that she <br /> is aware of that. She asks the Board if Mr. Bonvie will be an agenda item every time he <br /> comes in—Mr. Regan again informs her that people do come in informally, without <br /> always being put on the agenda. <br /> Mr. Larkin asks if there will be a vote taken tonight. Mr. Regan tells them no—there has <br /> been nothing formally submitted to vote on. He states that "they"have a problem where <br /> the Town Boards are not being accountable— The Board informs them that no vote will <br /> be taken tonight. <br /> Ms. Barnes mentions that the Developer has not been forthcoming with Landscaping <br /> plans and what was suppose to be done. She also mentions a fence that was suppose to be <br /> put that is not. The Board informs them that they must go to the Design Review <br /> Committee for the Landscaping plans. <br /> Jacqueline Laioie: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25.A.8 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to legalize and existing accessory structure (in-law apartment) on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 8 Cutlass Lane (Map 90 Parcel 68) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry and James Regan. <br /> Petitioner has asked that this matter be withdrawn without prejudice. Motion is made and <br /> seconded. All agree. So moved. <br /> Patricia Eldredge: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25A.(8) of the Zoning <br /> By-laws in order to build and accessory structure (in-law apartment) on property located <br /> in R-3 zoning district at 148 Sampson's Mill Road(Map 63 Parcel 13) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Robert Nelson, Marshall Brem and Zella Elizenberry. <br /> Patricia Eldredge comes before the Board again with the plans that were not presented at <br /> the last hearing on June 25, 2003. She apologizes for any problems that were caused. <br /> She presents the plans and the Board reviews them with comments from Russell Wheeler. <br /> Things appear to be in order. Ms. Eldredge must a submit a copy of the plans she has <br /> with the ZBA office in order for the decision to be submitted. She agrees. Marshall <br /> Brem moves to grant the Special Permit to petitioner. Zella Elizenberry seconds the <br /> motion. All agree. So moved. <br /> • <br />
