Brem. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> plans call for construction of the pier, ramp and float on the subject property. Mr. <br /> Sanicki said that the Conservation Commission is requiring construction of a long ramp <br /> through the woods rather than through the marsh. Mr. and Mrs. Maglione attended the <br /> meeting. Mr. Maglione said that the proposed construction would be out of view. <br /> The Shellfish Constable and the Conservation Commission have approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant a Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled `Proposed Pier, Ramp & Float Located in <br /> Mashpee, Mass., Prepared for Peter Maglione, Date: Nov. 16, 2001'. Ms. Elizenberry <br /> N <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant a Variance of 8 feet, subject to same findings and plan <br /> noted above. Ms. Elizenberry seconded.
