Mashpee Zoning Minutes—January 9, 2002 9 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1(does not <br /> conform), 2, 4, 5, 6 and that the lot coverage will not exceed the existing 22%. Mr. <br /> Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant a Variance of 8 feet from the setback requirements and a <br /> G3 . <br /> Variance of 1 foot from Nashawena Road, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, sloping <br /> topography of the lot and that it is a corner lot. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> �t <br /> The Special Permit and Variance are based upon submission of and compliance with a <br /> revised Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled `Septic System Upgrade & Addition, <br /> Proposed Sewage Disposal System, Prepared for Eric Dublirer, Hse. No. 8 Elizabeth <br /> Island Road, Mashpee, Mass., Date: Nov. 1, 2001, Revision: 12/05/01'. Such revision <br /> shall show reduction of the existing deck so that total lot coverage of the existing <br /> structure and proposed construction of the addition shall not exceed 22%. <br /> Jilian B. Hammes—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to allow for construction of a pier, ramp and float on Popponesset Creek on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 5 Compass Circle (Map 105 Parcel 260) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Richard T. Guerrera, Zella E. Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> plans call for construction of a pier, ramp and float on the subject property. <br /> The Shellfish Constable and the Conservation Commission have approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled `Proposed Wooden Pier, Ramp & Float <br /> w Located in Mashpee, Mass., Prepared for Jilian B.
