Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 21 and <br /> ' December 28, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> E Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Frederick R. <br /> Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> { <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the 1 <br /> 0 provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> If <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> � s <br /> Attorney Jeremy Carter represented the Petition and stated that plans call for <br /> ,SES, <br /> construction of an in-law apartment to the existing home in order to accommodate the <br /> P Petitioner's mother. Mr. Williamson and his mother attended the meeting. i <br /> The Board questioned if the proposed addition could be moved over two feet, <br /> 5x which would eliminate the need for Variance relief. Mr. Williamson said that the <br /> ` existing bulkhead presents a problem with the location of the addition. After some <br /> discussion, the Board voted unanimously to grant a Special Permit to allow for <br /> construction of an in-law apartment to the dwelling on the subject property. <br /> �ti <br />
