Nelson. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> a portion of the existing pier, ramp and float is built on a neighbor's property. Plans call <br /> for the decking to be relocated onto the owner's property. The ramp and float would <br /> remain in the same place. Regan III, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. Mr. Nelson <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> Plans call for construction of an 8-foot landing leading to a ramp and the float system. <br /> Because the construction is on fresh water, the Petitioner does not need a state permit. <br />
