Notice was given by publication in The Cape Cod Times, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 11 and ;I <br /> February 18, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. IIS' <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 27, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Zella E. I, <br /> Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Brem stepped down and left the room. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. lid <br /> 01 <br /> h11 ,l b <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner and <br /> stated that plans call for construction of two metal-type buildings consisting of 5 bays <br /> each on the subject property. The proposal meets the parking space and setback <br /> requirements. No prospective tenants have yet been established. The Board asked if the <br /> Petitioner would conduct any retail and/or office business from the subject property. Mr. j <br /> Sanicki agreed to remove the request for `retail/office space' from the Petition. Building l <br /> Commissioner Russell W. Wheeler pointed out that each individual tenant would be j <br /> required to contact the Building Department for an occupancy permit. I' <br /> The Planning Board has approved the new subdivision. The project has received <br /> Design Review Committee and Technical Review Committee approval. <br /> i <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br />
