Talanian— Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-2519 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to enlarge an existing pier, ramp and float on Ockway Bay on j <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 29 Ockway Bay Road (Map 100 Parcel 55) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Richard T. Guerrera, Zella E. Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. <br /> Regan stepped down and left the room. I Li <br /> Mr. Tim Santos from Holmes & McGrath represented the Petition and stated that hat the <br /> existing licensed pier, ramp and float would be enlarged from 80 square feet to 150 <br /> square feet in size. <br /> i <br /> The Conservation Commission and the Shellfish Constable have approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. j <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Special Permit subject to the following: <br /> p J g <br /> • findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 for docks. <br /> • Holmes & McGrath, Inc. plan entitled `Plot Plan of Proposed Pier, Float <br /> Prepared for Charles M. All agreed. <br /> Terry Luff—Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.G.5, 174-25.G.6 and <br /> 174-25.G.9 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for construction of a building with wholesale <br /> business and storage, manufacturing and retail/office space in an I-1 zoning district at 46 <br /> Nicolettas Way (Map 27 Parcel 160) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E.
