Mashpee Zoning Minutes—February 27, 2002 5 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Nicolettas Way and that he plans to conduct a landscape business with office space on the <br /> subject property. He pointed out the proposed location of the ba doors,s, parking spaces <br /> and dumpsters. Mr. Briggs stated that most of the vehicles would be stored inside. He <br /> said that there would be no retail sale on the subject property. Mr. David Sanicki of Cape <br /> & Islands Engineering referred to the floor plan, which includes office space with a <br /> reception area. He said that the subject property is commercially zoned in the front and <br /> industrially zoned in the rear. Mr. Briggs assured the Board that no hazardous chemicals <br /> would be stored on-site. Ehzenberry. <br /> Mr. Robert J. Stewart represented the Petitioner and stated that plans call for addition of a <br /> second story, a family room and a screened porch to the existing dwelling.. The existing <br /> two bedrooms will be combined into one bedroom, two more bedrooms and one bath will f <br /> be added for a total of three bedrooms and two baths in the home. <br /> Mr. Regan read the memo from the Board of Health, which stated: "Accessory building <br /> to remain as unfinished storage. Floor plans must be provided to B.O.H. prior to building <br /> permit sign-off." The Board of Health has approved the installation of a new Title V <br /> septic system on the subject property. Building Commissioner Russell W.
