Borgeson an <br /> Y g d Marshall A. Brem. <br /> Building Commissioner Russell W. Wheeler and Local Building Inspector Richard E. f <br /> Hawryluck also attended the meeting. Chairman Edward M. Govoni was not present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Susan M. McCrensky—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A.8 of the I <br /> Zoning By-laws to allow for the addition of an in-law apartment to an existing dwelling <br /> on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 16 North Glen Drive (Map 69 Parcel 192) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> I <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. �f <br /> Mr. McCrensky represented the Petition and asked for permission to add a stove to <br /> accommodate his mother-in-law. He stated that his mother-in-law is in her 80's and <br /> would like to remain independent and do her own cooking. The proposal would not add <br /> any additional square footage to the existing dwelling and there is no need for Variance I ! <br /> relief The proposal exceeds the minimum 750 square foot requirement. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I , <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant a Special Permit, subject to criteria for in-law apartments III' <br /> and Terry Luff, Architect, plan entitled `House Design for Mr. & Mrs. R. McCrensky, <br /> Lot 16 North Glen Dr., Willowbend, Mashpee, Mass., Date: 1 Feb 01'. Mr. Nelson <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> I <br /> Timothy W Leedham Trustee Shoestring Bay Nominee Trust—Requests a Special <br /> Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for reconstruction of an I' <br /> existing bulkhead and ramp on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 21 Frog Pond <br /> Close (Map 90 Parcel 83) Mashpee, MA. I; <br /> I <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> Mr. Timothy W. Leedham, owner of Bosun's Marine, purchased the subject property I <br /> formerly known as Half Tide Marina. Mr. Sanicki submitted photos of the marina and <br /> '' <br /> said that the proposal calls for reconstruction of the ramp and reconstruction and <br /> installation of a new bulkhead in front of and within the same footprint as the old <br /> bulkhead.
