Board Members resent were Chairman <br /> p p <br /> Edward M. Govoni, Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert G. Nelson and <br /> Associate Members Frederick R. Borgeson. Local Building Inspector Richard E. <br /> Hawryluck also attended the meeting. Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera, Zella E. (' <br /> Elizenberry and Marshall A. Brem did not attend the meeting. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Jason E. Stone—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A.8 of the Zoning �� f <br /> By-laws to allow for construction of an in-law apartment to an existing dwelling on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 3 Harbor Ridge Drive (Map 104 Parcel 123) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> � I I <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G. Nelson. I!' <br /> ,I SII I� <br /> Mr. Jason E. Stone represented his Petition and stated that the prospective buyer of the <br /> I <br /> subject home is an elderly couple. Plans call for installation of housekeeper's quarters <br /> over the 3-car garage, which will eventually be used for a live-in caretaker. The I' <br /> proposal meets the criteria for in-law apartments. <br /> The Board of Health memo indicates that the subject home is limited to 5 bedrooms. Mr. <br /> Stone stated that the home is currently under construction and contains 4 bedrooms, with l ! <br /> a master bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. (' <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to compliance with the following: <br /> 1. that the proposed in-law apartment shall be constructed over the 3-car garage I' <br /> on the property located at 3 Harbor Ridge Drive.
