Mr. Crowe said �l <br /> that the trailer would be tied into the septic system. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. !i <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A.8 to allow for <br /> construction of an in-law apartment to a new dwelling on the subject property. The <br /> Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with submitted plans and that the <br /> proposal shall not exceed a maximum of 4 bedrooms. Mr. Borgeson seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant a Special Permit under Section 174-25112 for permission to <br /> park and use a trailer for temporary occupancy incidental to the construction of a <br /> single-family home. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with the <br /> following: <br /> 1. that the trailer may be parked on the subject property for a maximum of 60 ! <br /> days, such date starting with issue of the building permit and running for 60 <br /> days from that date. <br /> 2. that at the end of 60-day period, said trailer must be removed from the subject I Vii! <br /> property. DeDecko—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to vary the side setback requirements to allow for installation of a shed on I' <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 61 Quinaquisset Avenue (Map 68 Parcel 92) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan <br /> stepped down and left the room. H <br /> Mr. Matthew DeDecko represented the Petitioner, his wife, and stated that he is a builder <br /> and wishes to store his equipment in the proposed shed on the subject property. Mr. <br /> DeDecko said that a paper road abuts the property on one side and conservation land <br /> abuts the property on another side. He stated that the shed would have to be located right <br /> g R I' jiili'I <br /> up against his house in order to avoid the easement. Mr. DeDecko said that he would <br /> prefer to locate the shed three to four feet away from the house to allow for air to <br /> circulate. Mr. Borgeson said that he could not justify granting a Variance to encroach on <br /> the easement.
