Mr. Borgeson said that there were plenty of other options to locate the shed <br /> and Mr. Nelson suggested moving the location of the shed behind the house. Mr. <br /> Borgeson observed that construction of the shed has already been started. Mr. Nelson ! <br /> said that he visited the property, which contains a vast amount of area in the back, and <br /> said that he preferred to see the shed placed in the back of the house. Mr. Nelson said I� <br /> that if the shed is relocated and does not encroach on the easement, the Petitioner `does i <br /> not need anything from this Board'. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. III <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant a 15-foot Variance to allow for the corner of the proposed <br /> shed to abut <br /> the easement line. The Variance is subject t to findings: unusual topography, <br /> abutting paper road. Mr. Regan <br /> stepped down and left the room. j <br /> I <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and submitted <br /> photos of the existing home on the subject property. He said that plans call for I' <br /> demolition of the existing home and construction of a new family home on the property. <br /> The location of the new dwelling would be 20 feet from the property line, which would <br /> be less detrimental than the existing dwelling that is 19.5 feet from the property line. Mr. <br /> Sanicki stated that construction and placement of the septic system, which was <br /> configured in compliance with Title V requirements, restricts the location of the proposed <br /> home. There is no need for a Variance from lot coverage requirements. <br /> Ms. Shirley Boutilier, whose mother owns the abutting property at 81 Bluff Avenue, <br /> stated that she `loves the plan' even proposal the though ro would block her ocean view. <br /> g p P ' <br /> She admitted that that the Petitioner is `totally within his rights to do that' and that she <br /> would gain 25 feet in the front.
