Mashpee Zoning Minutes—June 26, 2002 9 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> would eliminate a boat, 2 boat trailers, and a large truck from being parked in his yard. <br /> Mr. Nelson said that the proposal would be a definite improvement to the property. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to overturn the Building Commissioner's decision and moved to grant j <br /> the Appeal, which would allow for construction of the garage on the subject property. <br /> This would eliminate all outside storage and the garage shall have no living space. <br /> Reference SP-99-31: original plans called for conversion of dwelling into a garage and I <br /> construction of a new dwelling. Plans now call for Modification (of the footprint) of the ! ( I <br /> previously approved ZBA Special Permit, SP-99-31. No Variance from the setback or lot III <br /> coverage requirements is being sought. <br /> The decision is conditioned upon compliance with the following plans: <br /> 1. Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled `DEP Se—43 — 1795, House No. <br /> 384 Monomoscoy Road, Site & Topographic Plan Located in Mashpee— I I� <br /> Mass., Prepared for Debra Lee Quigley, Date: Marl 1, 1999, Rev'd: 4/13/99, <br /> 3/19/02'. <br /> 2. He mentioned that at the last public hearing,the <br /> ZBA had requested the Petitioner to submit proposed house plans in order to work out an <br /> acceptable compromise with the neighbors. Mr. Colby said that the builder, Mr. Victor <br /> Corda, has signed a purchase and sale agreement on the subject property and has been j <br /> working on a proposed house plan for the property. Mr. Corda delivered copies of the I' <br /> plan one of the abutters, Gabrielle Clemens. No plans have been submitted to the ZBA. <br /> Mr. Colby said that the Architectural Review Committee of New Seabury, the Board <br /> designated to review house designs in the area, indicated that it `liked the plan' of the <br /> Ii <br /> proposed house designs for the subject property.
