Upon issuance of a special permit, a <br /> manufactured home or trailer may be used at a construction site for a period of not more ' <br /> than six (6) months, except that the Building Inspector may extend the permission for <br /> additional six-month successive periods while construction is continuing. The j <br /> manufactured home or trailer may be used and occupied by a resident guard or caretaker, <br /> provided that it is connected to a septic system and water supply as approved by the <br /> Board of Health'. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 32 Popponesset Avenue and consists of <br /> 16,102 square feet of land. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that the Petitioner has the following permission by grant of <br /> Special Permit: <br /> 1. permission to convert an existing dwelling to accommodate not more than two <br /> (2) families, provided that there is not external evidence of occupancy by ! �; <br /> more than one (1) family, and further provided that each dwelling unit <br /> resulting from such conversion shall have not less than seven hundred fifty <br /> (750) square feet of habitable floor space on the property located at 32 <br /> Popponesset Avenue. <br /> 2. permission to park and use a trailer for temporary occupancy incidental to the IiI <br /> construction of a single-family home on the property located at 32 <br /> Popponesset Avenue. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion �I <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on June 26, <br /> 2002 to grant a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A.8 to allow for construction of an <br /> in-law apartment to a new dwelling on the property located at 32 Popponesset Avenue I <br /> and a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.12 for permission to park and use a trailer <br /> for temporary occupancyincidental to the construction of a single-family home on <br /> the <br /> g Y <br /> I <br /> ro <br /> pert p y located at 32 Popponesset Avenue. The Special Permit is conditioned upon <br /> compliance with the following: <br /> 1. submitted plans. <br /> 2. that the trailer may be parked on the property located at 32 Popponesset <br /> Avenue for a maximum of 60 days, such date starting with issue of the <br /> building permit and running for 60 days from that date. <br /> 3. that at the end of same 60-day period, said trailer shall be removed from the <br /> property located at 32 Popponesset Avenue. <br /> 4. that the Petitioner must tie the trailer into the septic system on the property <br /> located at 32 Popponesset Avenue. <br /> 5. that the Petitioner must tie the trailer into the Town district water system on j <br /> theert ro <br /> p p y located at 32 Popponesset Avenue. <br /> 6. the construction at 32 Popponesset Avenue shall not exceed a maximum of 4 <br /> bedrooms. <br />
