Regan III, Clerk Robert G. Nelson and Associate Members Richard <br /> T. Guerrera, Zella E. Elizenberry and Marshall A. Brem. Building Commissioner Russell <br /> W. Wheeler also attended the meeting. Chairman Edward M. Govoni and Associate <br /> Member Frederick R. Borgeson were not present. <br /> ANNUAL REORGANIZATION <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Board voted to appoint the following: <br /> Edward M. Govoni, Chairman, ZBA. <br /> James E. Regan III, Vice Chairman, ZBA. <br /> Robert G. Nelson, Clerk, ZBA. ! <br /> Mashpee Commons—John Renz made an informal presentation to determine if the <br /> 4 <br /> Petitioner requires ZBA approval for the proposed installation of a fence on the subject <br /> property on Route 151. After some discussion, the Board informed Mr. Renz that the <br /> I i I <br /> proposal requires ZBA approval. The Petitioner is scheduled for the August 28 2002 <br /> Public Hearings. g <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Quashnet Valley East Condominium Association—Requests a Modification to a 1973 <br /> Special Permit under Section 174-24.C.9 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for additional <br /> parking area on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 174 Lowell Road <br /> (Map 60 Parcel 3) Mashpee, MA. Continued from the June 26, 2002 Public Hearings at <br /> the request of the attorney to allow the Petitioner an opportunity to receive Planning f t <br /> Board approval.
