Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6 and <br /> 7 September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> ti A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on �! <br /> n <br /> Si- <br /> Wednesday, September 25, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, Marshall Brem <br /> and Zella Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> s, provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of f <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> h <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. That the subject property is located at 387 Monomoscoy Road and contains <br /> ti <br /> +' 34,692 square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> Per § 174-24 of the Zoning By-laws, the Board determined that the proposed use or E <br /> development: <br /> 1. is consistent with applicable state and town regulations, statutes, bylaws and <br /> ' j <br /> plans. <br />
