Upon motion <br /> T4 <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on September <br /> 25, 2002 to grant the Special Permit. The Special Permit is conditioned upon <br /> compliance with proposed plans by Pesce Engineering&Associates, P.O.
