Govoni. <br /> a4 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. I <br /> Mr. Bart Dutto of 16 Pine Avenue, a direct abutter, expressed his desire to have <br /> Mr. Rothschild erect a fence to protect his privacy. Both Mr. Rothschild and Mr. Dutto <br /> I <br /> had worked out an amicable agreement that includes the following items outlined by Mr. 'I <br /> Dutto. { <br /> 1.
