The Board granted the Special Permit to Christ The King Church on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 5 Jobs Fishing Road (Map 74 Parcel 33) Mashpee, MA. ' i Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a i newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6 and w. September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. II 1 A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September 25, 2002 and Wednesday, October 9, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: � 1 1 Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan, III and Robert G. Nelson. I The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of 1 Mashpee Zoning By-laws. No one for the petitioner showed up at the hearing on September 25, 2002. Mr Regan moved to continue this matter to October 9, 2002. All agree. So moved.
