The Board granted the Special Permit to <br /> Christ The King Church on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 5 Jobs Fishing <br /> Road (Map 74 Parcel 33) Mashpee, MA. ' <br /> i <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> i <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6 and w. <br /> September 13, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> II <br /> 1 <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 25, 2002 and Wednesday, October 9, 2002, at which time the <br /> following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> � 1 <br /> 1 <br /> Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan, III and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> I <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> 1 <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> No one for the petitioner showed up at the hearing on September 25, 2002. Mr <br /> Regan moved to continue this matter to October 9, 2002. All agree. So moved. At the <br /> { <br /> hearing on October 9, 2002, Mr. Salvario Maldani opened for the petitioner.
