Iii <br /> shall not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing <br /> non-conforming use. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS i ! <br /> 1. there is adequate land area to provide sufficient parking. <br /> 2. while the proposed sign will increase the non-conforming nature of the <br /> structure,the changes will not result in a structure or use which is more <br /> detrimental to the neighborhood than the prior non-conforming structure and <br /> I <br /> its use. <br /> �I <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> I <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 9, <br /> 2002,to grant a Special Permit.
