Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Christ The King Church V-02-99 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the A <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> C <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS D <br /> i <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 5 Jobs Fishing Road and consists of <br /> 317,552 square feet(7.29 acres) <br /> i <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> 1. that relief may be granted without detriment to the public good. <br /> 2. That relief may be granted without derogating from the intent or purpose <br /> of the By-laws. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 9, 2002 <br /> to grant a Variance. The Variance of 12 square feet for the proposed sign is conditioned , <br /> upon compliance with the submitted sign as pictured in the Zoning Board of Appeals file <br /> with dimensions 4' high and 8' wide at the front entrance to the Church on Jobs Fishing <br /> , i <br /> Road. <br /> a , <br /> � I <br /> I: is <br /> ; Y <br /> , i <br /> i, <br />
