I <br /> Sitting:Edward Govoni, Robert Nelson and Richard Guerrera <br /> David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering opens for the petitioner. There is an <br /> I <br /> existing cottage on the subject property and they are seeking permission to demolish and <br /> construct a new year round house. Mr. Sanicki shows the board a picture of the existing IS <br /> house. Lot coverage will remain 20%. They are asking for 20 feet in the front yard, 14.5 i <br /> feet in the rearyard and 3 feet in the sideyard. They will be installing a new septic <br /> system. This is an"L" shaped lot and it is undersized. Board of Health and Conservation <br /> has approved. No comments from abutters. Dick moves to grant the following: <br /> - a 20 foot variance off of Seconsett Point Road <br /> - a 3 foot variance on the rear southerly side <br /> - a '/2 foot variance on the easterly side. <br /> - a 17 foot variance on Seconsett Island Road <br /> i <br /> - a 26,581 square foot variance on the lot size. <br /> Mr. Guerrera also moves to allow for demolition on subject property of existing house. <br /> The criteria for the special permit are to include#1, 2, 3,4 and 12. The variance criteria <br /> are to include#1, 2, 3 and 4 regarding septic. Mr.Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. <br /> So moved. <br /> Peter R. & Dolores L.
