Realty Trust, Meetinghouse Realty Trust, FMR <br /> Realty Trust N <br /> AK Realty Trust, <br /> Lockstore Realty Trust and Goodspeed Realty Trust are the names these lots (all or some) <br /> have retained title as. Attorney Kirrane presented an in depth overview of the chain of <br /> ownership and history of the land and its intended use. Attached is a copy of his <br /> argument as it is lengthy and very detailed. Please refer to this for an exact explanation <br /> of the history of Lettie Lane. Basically, Mr. Kirrane's clients are seeking to develop all 6 <br /> lots as residential use. Part of lot 5 and 6 have a C-2 zoning district running through <br /> them and therefore is seeking relief from 174-25 and 174-32 so that these lots,though <br /> partly commercial, can be zoned for residential use. The Board discusses the tax issue <br /> with Attorney Jack Connolly, who is one of the owners of this subdivision. There has <br /> been a payment plan put into place with the tax collectors office. Back taxes have been <br /> paid. The Board asks Mr. Kirrane about other interested parties coming and wanting to <br /> develop abutting parcels in a commercial manner. Mr. Govoni tells Mr. Kirrane that <br /> granting a variance in a C-2 district is difficult. The Board discusses paving the road <br /> entrance, and who will be responsible. Mr. Connolly informs the Board that the potential <br />
