Any alterations that are done without a building permit will be subject to a <br /> daily-basis fine and this penalty condition is to be part of the lease <br /> agreement. <br /> 5. All designated parking spaces in front of bays to have no outside storage. <br /> I <br /> The evergreens for the landscaping should go to 6 feet high plus additional <br /> evergreens along stockade fence and then plant something fast growing—don't <br /> just leave the mulch. Stamped with these conditions only. <br /> The Board asks for a$7,500 landscaping bond. No comments from abutters. Mr. Brem <br /> moves to grant that a special permit be issued to demolish the existing structure on said <br /> property and build a new building with all of the stated conditions.
