Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes December 11, 2002 <br /> 4 <br /> revert back to market value prices. These homes will also be included in the inventory <br /> for affordable housing. R-5 district also requires 150 feet of frontage. The lots in <br /> question only have 120 feet of frontage. There is a 150 square foot frontage <br /> requirement. Mr. Dickinson stated that Habitat for Humanity advertises for the homes <br /> through the radio and the newspaper. Applicants are subject to a credit check. The <br /> Family Selection Committee visits and interviews the'applicants to determine if they <br /> meet all requirements. Through this process of elimination, a group of finalists is put in a <br /> lottery from which two families are picked. The Board of Health Conservation <br /> and <br /> Planning Board have all agreed on this matter. The Board moves to grant the <br /> Comprehensive Permit Chapter 40B on both 29 Sandy Fox Drive and 35 Sandy Fox <br /> Drive. All Agree. So moved. Use language from 30 County Road—Permit. <br /> Kenneth A. Jones: Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws in order to demolish the existing dwelling and rebuild a new house on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 28 Great River Road (Map 120 Parcel 68A)Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> AND <br /> Kenneth A. Jones: Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31, and 174-33 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to vary the setback requirement and wetlands requirements with respect to the <br /> proposed construction on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 28 Great River <br /> Road (Map 120 Parcel 68A) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James Regan, Edward Govoni and Frederick Borgeson. <br /> David Sanicki asks that this matter be continued until the next available hearing due to <br /> the fact that the Conservation Commission meeting was postponed. The Board moves l <br /> to grant this continuance. All Agree. So moved.
