Public hearing opened in a timely manner on December 18, 2002 and was <br /> continued with good cause and without objection to the following dates: I L <br /> December 18, 2003, January 8, 2003, January 22, 2003, February 26, 2003, <br /> March 26, 2003 and April 9, 2003. The hearing was closed on February 26, 2003. <br /> Throughout the public hearing, the Applicant submitted additional information at <br /> the Board's request. <br /> 5. Paul Glynn, Esq., Manager of and Counsel to the Applicant, appeared on behalf <br /> of the Applicant. The Applicant's engineer is David C. Thulin, P.E., PLS. The <br /> I <br /> Applicant's other Manager, Joseph Valle also appeared at the public hearing. <br /> 6. The Board received comments and reports from the Town Planner, Tov�a­, <br /> Building Inspector, and Deputy Fire Chief. The Board retained the services of <br /> Charles Rowley, P.E., RLS who reviewed the project plans. Towp`Counsel Jgsqn <br /> Talerman appeared on behalf of the Board as well. <br /> I' <br />
