L <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner. He is <br /> requesting a Variance for lot size and setbacks. Although the existing structure was �J <br /> grandfathered at one time for lot size and setbacks, Mr. Slavinsky felt a Variance was <br /> f' E <br /> necessary so that there is protection once the house is torn down.
