Board Member Robert G. Nelson was <br /> present along with Associate Members Marshall A. Brem, Zella Elizenberry and { <br /> Frederick Borgeson. Mashpee Building Inspector Richard Hawryluck also attended the j <br /> meeting. Chairman Edward Govoni, Vice Chairman James E. Regan and Associate <br /> Member Richard Guerrera were absent. ;I <br /> Clerk Robert G. Nelson opened the meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br /> T <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Irwin and Sarah Shaw: Request a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> y' <br /> to vary the required setbacks to the wetlands with their proposed construction for a new 3 <br /> bedroom dwelling on their vacant lot on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 5 <br /> Sunset Circle (Map 64 Parcel 35) Mashpee, MA. 1 { <br /> WITHDRAWN WITHOUT PREJUDICE 11/1/02 <br /> Sitting: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry and Frederick Borgeson. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to accept the motion to withdraw without prejudice. {' <br /> All agree.
