Realty Trust, Meetinghouse Realty Trust, FM Realty Trust,NAK Realty Trust, <br /> Lockstore Realty Trust and Goodspeed Realty Trust are the names these lots (all or some) f <br /> have retained title as. The Board had previously asked Mr. Kirrane at the hearing on <br /> October 23, 2002 to produce engineering work to show a clear understanding of the all of <br /> the lot sizes as well as where the R-5 and C-2 districts intersect. Mr. Nelson reads a letter <br /> for the record from Town Planner, Mr. Thomas Fudala stating legal reasons why these ;I' <br /> variances should be denied. Mr. Kirrane and the Board discuss at great length the history <br /> of these lots and, continuous ownership and/or lack thereof and what exactly the <br /> intentions of previous owners and proposed owners really are. Mr. Kirrane shows the <br /> Board the enlarged plans with the requested information regarding the lots. Clearly two <br /> of the lots have their majority in a C-2 district(#3 Lettie Land and#11 Lettie Lane). Mr. <br /> Kirrane continues to seek relief to develop these lots for residential purposes and feels all <br /> six should be developed for the same purposes rather than 2 for commercial and the other <br /> 4 lots for residential. The lots range in size from 17,000 square feet to 19,000+and are <br /> I <br />
