Board Members present were Chairman Edward <br /> M. Govoni,Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Board Member Robert G. Nelson and y <br /> Associate Members Zella E. Elizenberry, Richard T. Guerrera and Frederick R. <br /> Borgeson. Marshall Brem did not attend the meeting. Building Commissioner William F. <br /> Hauck and Building Inspector Russell W. Wheeler were also in attendance. <br /> UNDER ADVISEMENT <br /> E. Gerard Keen—Requests an Appeal under Section 174-2516 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> overturn the Building Commissioner's decision and to allow persons to embark and <br /> disembark for purposes of seasonal charter fishing trips on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 426 Monomoscoy Road(Map 124 Block 51)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> Mr. Govoni said that he had talked with Town Counsel and that the Board needs more <br /> time before it can come to a decision on the above-referenced Appeal. Mr. Govoni said <br /> that an Article is planned for Town meeting in May to clarify the Zoning By-law that ' <br /> affects home-based businesses. Mr. Govoni asked Dr. Keen for an extension of his <br /> Petition until May 11, 2000. ` <br /> Attorney Mills questioned if his client agrees to the extension, whether the Building <br /> Commissioner's ruling would be held in abeyance. Mr. Govoni said that the ruling <br /> would be held in abeyance until May 11, 2000. <br /> Attorney Mills asked for a few minutes to consult with his client and left the room. <br /> Attorney Mills and Dr. Keen returned to the meeting and agreed to the May 11, 2000 <br /> extension. <br /> J <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to extend the decision for Dr. Keen's Appeal until May 11, 2000.
