The Petition for a <br /> k Variance was continued because the original plans that were submitted did not accurately ti <br /> l reflect the proposed addition. New plans have been submitted showing the proposed <br /> , <br /> i addition of a deck to the back of the house. The sunroom on the original plan has been it <br /> !`= deleted from the proposal. Mr. King said that the applicants are requesting a Variance of <br /> 29.8 feet from the ACEC to allow for construction of the addition. <br /> r� <br /> The Conservation Commission has issued an order of conditions. <br /> Mr.Nelson suggested that Mr. King show the dimensions of decks and buildings on his <br /> plans to allow the Board to verify the exact Variance relief being sought. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant a Variance of 29.8 feet from the ACEC to allow for <br /> construction of the addition, subject to plan dated 12/9/99 and criteria: 1, 2, 3, 4 and <br /> findings: 1, 2.
