Board Members present were Chairman Edward ' <br /> M. Govoni,Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, and Associate Members Zella E. <br /> Elizenberry, Richard T. Guerrera and Frederick R. Borgeson. Board Member Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Associate Member Marshall Brem were not present at the meeting. Building <br /> Commissioner William F. Hauck was also in attendance. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> William L. Staples—Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to vary the setback requirements from water and wetlands to allow for the addition of a <br /> deck to a home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 95 Horseshoe Bend Way „`!4 <br /> (Map 40 Block 4)Mashpee, MA. <br /> William L. Staples—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning . <br /> By-laws for permission to demolish an existing building and construct a single-family yy <br /> dwelling on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 95 Horseshoe Bend Way <br /> (Map 40 Block 4) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Zella E. Elizenberry <br /> At the Public Hearings on January 26, 2000,the Board voted unanimously to continue the i <br /> request for a Variance until February 9, 2000 to allow the applicant an opportunity toI'' <br /> submit engineered plans. The Board voted unanimously to grant a Special Permit to4w <br /> allow for demolition of the existing structure. { "; <br /> r + <br /> i <br /> At the continued hearings on February 9, 2000,the Board reviewed and approved the !�� <br /> signed, engineered plans. The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Variance of 15 feet from the setback requirements to the <br /> water and wetland, subject to criteria: 1, 2,3, 4 and findings: 2, 3. Mr. Govoni seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Canal Auto Bo dv—Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-39 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to vary the frontage and parking requirements to allow for the construction of a 11,14 <br /> commercial building on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 64 Algonquin Avenue <br /> (Map 72 Block 113)Mashpee,MA.
